Team order details

Before production begins, customers are responsible for confirming:

Product choices
Quantities
Sizes
Colours
Names
Numbers
Team names
Tournament details
Custom text
Delivery requirements

Please check all details carefully before confirming your order.

Customisation

Custom and personalised team products are made to order.

Once production has started, team orders cannot usually be cancelled, changed or refunded unless items arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Sizing

Sizing can vary by product and supplier.

Customers are responsible for checking size guides before placing team orders.

For team orders, we recommend collecting and confirming all sizes before payment.

Production and delivery

Team orders may take longer than standard orders due to customisation, production and fulfilment times.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

If you need products for a specific event date, please contact us before ordering.

Payment

Payment must be completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

Large orders may require confirmation before processing.

Faulty or incorrect items

If part of your team order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us with:
