We want you to be happy with your order.

Non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn and in their original condition.

Custom, personalised and made-to-order products cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
