Refund eligibility

Refunds may be available where:

A non-custom product is returned unused, unworn and in its original condition
An item arrives faulty
An item arrives damaged
You receive the wrong product
A product is significantly different from what was ordered
An order cannot be fulfilled

Custom and personalised products

Custom, personalised and made-to-order products cannot usually be refunded unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.

This includes products customised with:

Player names
Team names
Tournament names
Numbers
Awards
Winner details
MVP or Golden Boot details
Any other personalised text or design

Please check all custom information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging, where relevant

We will review the issue and confirm whether a refund, replacement or other resolution is appropriate.

Change of mind

For non-custom products, change-of-mind returns may be accepted if the product is unused, unworn and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refund process

Once your return or refund request has been approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refunds may take several working days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we confirm otherwise.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund has been approved but has not appeared in your account, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

Custom and made-to-order products cannot usually be cancelled once production has begun.
